Kathy’s background includes 10 years experience in the information technology field and 5 years experience in retail management positions. Her professional IT experience spans the service, government, and commercial sectors, and includes planning and managing systems implementation and process consulting using the Capability Maturity Model for Software and training development.

Among her successful projects, Kathy implemented a computer-based inventory process and a cycle-time reduction plan that reduced procurement time from over five months to less than three weeks. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), she has assisted in practical application of project management principles both in daily work and in training environments.
